1. When you get the Gym Bunny trait, you are required to train instead of sleep. However, at this point your Strength and Dexterity are likely already very high (in my case, 200+ each), and the default gym options become unavailable (it says "Max Strength/Dexterity Reached"). As a result, you can't sleep or train. The only available option is personal training with Fen Ris, which isn’t very convenient (It's not game breaking, but time dependand + you need to allways have at least $100).
2. So my second guess was to get a home gym. It does provide two options for Strength and Dexterity training. However, when you use any of them, your stat resets to 0 instead of increasing.
   For example: I have the Gym Bunny trait and ~250 Strength → Home → Home Gym → Strength Training → Strength drops from 250 to 0.

For some reason even with 0 Strength, the regular gym still have "Max Strength Reached"(Maybe it's because of +80 strength from traits?). This doesn’t seem to be just a display bug, because when I tried personal training after this bug occured, my Strength stat increased to 20 (personal training gives +5, and Gym Bunny multiplies it by 4).
